At College Telehealth, we accept all major credit cards, through our Secure Client Portal. Since we are a virtually based company, we are unable to accept cash or checks of any kind.  Payment is due in full at the start of each session.  It is our policy to place a credit card on file through our secure client portal during the intake process.  Please refer to the detailed information regarding billing provided in your client intake packet.


*Because clinicians are independent contractors with varied specializations, degrees, and locations, individual rates vary based on their credentials using a level system. Please discuss individual rates with your clinician during your consultation. 

Initial Phone Consult (15 min) - Free

Individual Session (50min) -  $125-250


We are considered an Out of Network Provider and do not directly accept insurance.  We are happy to provide guidance to access your out-of-network benefits to cover the costs associated with our work together. 


We are able to provide clients with a Super Bill statement, which can be submitted to insurance companies for possible out-of-network benefits. If you do intend to submit to insurance, please notify us so that we can provide you the proper documentation.  We encourage students to speak with their insurance company directly about reimbursement options.

If you do not want to submit claims yourself, you can use Reimbursify, a company that will submit your out-of-network claims for you for a fee. Please note that they are a separate company and we do not work directly with them.
