EMERGENCY CRISIS SUPPORT

At College Telehealth, we provide non-emergency face-to-face and online counseling services by scheduled appointment.  Our clinicians are not available 24 hours a day and may not be available on demand. College Telehealth does not provide episodic or ongoing emergency care. If a CT clinician determines that your therapeutic needs are outside of the scope of our practice, we are legally required to terminate treatment and refer you to another practitioner.

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, do not attempt to contact your College Telehealth clinician. We urge you to call 911 or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room. If you have suicidal thoughts or make plans to harm yourself, contact your local crisis center or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1.800.273.TALK (8255) for free 24-hour hotline support.
