*K-12 SCHOOL-BASED CONTRACTOR*

The K-12 School Counseling Team is dedicated to partnering with School Administration to provide comprehensive telehealth services in unison with student educational goals. Virtual counseling is offered in the form of weekly individual, group, and parent training as a Special Education Related Service. In addition to direct service time, clinicians will be responsible for completing progress notes, goal plans, monthly paperwork, quarterly progress reports, and other applicable paperwork. This is considered a collaborative role in which clinicians are an extension of the school's IEP team. All referrals for this role are provided directly by Virtual Counselor and our partnering schools.

Additional Qualifications for K-12 Applicants:

• School Experience: Familiarity with School-Based Services, Special Education, and IEP/504 plans.

• Clearances: Updated clearances within one year. (FBI, Child Abuse, State Police) and other clearance as requested (Act24, 168)

• Availability: School-based schedule during approved hours. Generally, 9 am-6 pm. It is necessary that the clinician have some daytime availability to fulfill this role. Summer hours are offered on a limited basis.

• Caseload: Minimum of 10 students. Caseloads will build to a preferred number of 25+. We cannot guarantee a specific number of referrals.

*PRIVATE PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTOR*

Are you interested in building an online therapy practice, but don’t have the resources, knowledge, or experience to do so on your own? Join our team and we will mentor your growth and provide you the technology and consultation to do so. Clinicians will be supported in growing their own online private practice as part of our national network. In addition, you may be provided direct referrals from our partnering colleges and higher education universities.

Additional Qualifications for Private Practice Development Applicants:

• Therapists must have a niche area of specialization (college students, trauma, DBT, substance abuse, eating disorders, etc.)

• Clinicians determine individualized rates based on their specialty areas and demographic locations.

• With our guidance, therapists must be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community as needed. This is a mutual marketing effort; therefore, referrals are not guaranteed by the practice or at any specific pace.

• This role is not ideal for candidates who currently own a private practice.

• Experience working with the college-age and graduate-level professionals preferred

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• The clinician must be fully licensed in the state of hire (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

• Will be hired on a part-time, Independent Contract basis (1099)

• Must have liability insurance and name our company as an additional insured. (1million/3million minimum)

• Clinicians will work from home in a HIPAA secure space.

• Computer and webcam supplied by the clinician with high-speed internet access.

• Willingness to acquire a (BC-TMH) Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider or equivalent telehealth best practices is preferred.

• Must be committed to strict paperwork and invoice deadlines.
