At College Telehealth, we accept all major credit cards, through our Secure Client Portal. Since we are a virtually based company, we are unable to accept cash or checks of any kind. Payment is due in full at the start of each session. It is our policy to place a credit card on file through our secure client portal during the intake process. Please refer to the detailed information regarding billing provided in your client intake packet.

College Telehealth services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We accept limited insurance, which is often determined by your plan options and which state you are located. Our home office is in Pennsylvania, but we have expanded nationally. We may complete an insurance verification; however, it is the client’s responsibility to check what benefits are covered by insurance. Your insurance company may require that you pre-authorize your treatment with us prior to your visit. We suggest monitoring your insurance benefits, deductibles, as well as effective and termination dates of coverage. What is my deductible and has it been met?
Does my insurance cover Telemedicine or Virtual Behavioral Health?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS
If we are not in-network with your insurance, we will provide guidance to access your out-of-network benefits to cover the costs associated with our work together.
We are able to provide clients with a Super Bill statement, which can be submitted to insurance companies for possible out-of-network benefits. If you do intend to submit to insurance, please notify us so that we can provide you the proper documentation. We encourage students to speak with their insurance company directly about reimbursement options.
If you do not want to submit claims yourself, you can use Reimbursify, a company that will submit your out-of-network claims for you for a fee. Please note that they are a separate company and we do not work directly with them.
